My friend and I loved it here! The place was clean, the staff were very helpful, room had a strong aircon, and it was the first place we were able to watch a movie since we started travelling! This was a nice rest bite for a couple of evenings though we did connect a portable speaker to it so we could hear better as it was very quiet. There was also a working fridge which was lovely but it goes off when you leave as you take the key for the electricity so if you need something to stay refrigerated just ask and they will pop it in the downstairs fridge instead. We had the number of the owner and she was quick to answer and helped us with everything, from checking in early to sorting washing loads to booking taxis in the morning etc. Good location too, not far from the old city, some nice restaurants nearby (peanuts the vegan place we would recommend). If you want to go to hoian specifically for being on the beach then this place is a drive away so not the most convenient but also only 15mins max and grabs are cheap! We would deffo stay there again!

Пожалуй это один из самых лучших отелей во Вьетнаме в котором я останавливался, номер чистый с потрясающим видом. Вечером можно было посидеть на балконе и наслаждаться видом на скалу напротив. Хозяева отеля очень гостеприимные, такое ощущение что ты находишься у своих родственников) все подскажут, посоветуют, помогут с любыми вопросами, немного разговаривают на английском языке, а их дочь говорит даже очень хорошо) На первом этаже ресторан где можно вкусно поесть качественную и вкусную еду 👌 Если вернусь в эти места вновь, обязательно приеду именно в этот отель 👍 однозначно рекомендую

I stayed at this hotel while in Dong Hoi. First of all, the family is very nice! They looked into tours to fit my itinerary.And it warmed my heart to hear how it went when I returned from the tour. I got an iced coffee with service it was so good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back to Dong Hoi.

We had a late check in but the family were very helpful and accommodating when we arrived, and also gave us extra quilts as it was quite a cold evening!

私たちは2泊の予定でしたが、體調が悪くなり急遽もう1泊しましたが快く受け入れてくれました。ホテルの1階でも食事を出來ますが、パン屋さん、バー、レストランも近くにあります。家族経営のホテルらしく娘さん？が悽くフレンドリーで英語が上手で観光地へのアドバイスや行き方など丁寧に教えてくれます。他の方にベトナム語を教えている姿も見ました。私たちはチェックアウトの日、數時間荷物を預かって貰いホテルに荷物を取りに帰るとペットボトルのお水とバイクでも持ち運べるコーヒーをいただきました。とにかくおすすめでここにまた來る時は私たちはここに泊まります。ドライヤーが無いのだけが殘念です。

Overall it was great, simply the fact that the price was very good and we were able to go to our room at 7am means it’s already been a great stay for us. Convenient for the duck stop and good location for the rest of Phong Nha. A couple things to improve on: Water pressure/flow in shower wasn’t the best It says 24 hr reception on 訂房網站.com but we got there at 5am and we couldn’t get in for two hours, the door was then going to be locked at 11pm but we wanted to stay out and they happily told us it’s ok to come back whenever, I just think it’s probably best to update on 訂房網站.com or wherever the hotel’s listed with a realistic idea of when the hotel’s doors open and close. The people who run the hotel are absolutely lovely. Thanks so much for a great stay :)

Hotel bien situé à 300m à pied de l'arrêt de bus et même distance pour prendre le bateaux pour les grottes de phong nha. Je suis arrivée vers 2h du matin sans les avoir prévenu, j'attendais devant et au bout de qq minutes une personne est venue ouvrir et m'a attribué une chambre sans demander de supplément. Chambre propre bon lit ,calme. Possibilité de prendre ses repas à l'hôtel ou dans la rue beaucoup de restaurants. Les excursions et billets de bus peuvent se réserver à l'hôtel
